CAP SYSTEM BLACK CAP Wide Spray For Large Surfaces Fast Application No Drips WHITE CAP – Fine spray – Soft spray touch – Ideal for details – No drips INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Shake the container at least 3 minutes after you hear the mixing ball. Before the first use, spray it in the air for 3-4 seconds to remove any condensed colour. After use, turn the aerosol upside down and press the actuator for 2-3 seconds to clean the valve. If the nozzle is blocked, replace it with a new one. Select the valve according to your desired application, the black valve system for wide spray and large surfaces or the white actuator for fine spray, small surfaces, and details. Optimal application at temperature: 10-25°C and humidity below 65% ensures proper drying. Storage 05-35°C. TIPS: Choose a well-ventilated area and place the object you want to paint over a nylon protection sheet Wear protective gloves, protective clothing, eye/face protection Ensure that the surface you want to paint is clean, dry, and free of loose spots or grease Old wooden furniture may have been polished with wax. If so, use a wire sponge with white spirit to clean it before painting. For painted wood ideally sand it before painting it with a P180 sandpaper Mask areas that you do not want to be painted with a paper tape Apply two coats of the Chalk Effect with relatively quick movements. Paint first vertically and then horizontally. Wait 5-10 minutes before painting the next coat. For small objects or areas that need detailed painting, use the white nozzle (from 4-5cm distance). For larger surfaces and high speed use the black nozzle (from 8-10cm distance) If you want to achieve the effect of natural wear, 24 hours after painting, use a fine sandpaper P180-220 and gently sand the parts of the surface that you want to remove the color, revealing the bare wood. This technique works best for sanding the corners and edges of your surface You can also combine two (2) different colors, a light base color like Chalk Effect Pure White with a second color on top. When you sand off the exterior paint instead of the wood it will reveal the paint color
