Pneumatic Tailstock: The tailstock features an SDA40 pneumatic cylinder for material clamping and unclamping, accommodating stock up to 430mm in length and 200mm in height. The stock length is adjustable using an SFU1605 ballscrew operated by a manual knob with locking mechanism. Sturdy Z-Axis: Built with a cast iron right-angle base, HGR30 heavy-duty linear rails, and HGH30HA long bearings for maximum stability and rigidity. Axis Control: X/Y/Z Axes: Driven by reliable 3.6N.m stepper motors. The X-axis offers rapid movement via two YS-52120 CNC helical rack-and-pinion actuators. The Y-axis utilizes an SFU1610 ballscrew and HGR25 steel rail for fast and accurate operation. The Z-axis employs an SFU1605 ballscrew for precise control.
